How do consultations work?

We provide a confidential consultations regarding your claim. Depending on the type of case, your consultation may be free. We will discuss your legal situation and will share our insights on legal recourse. With over 90 years of combined legal experience, we have the ability to properly assess legal situations. 

How are fees determined?

Each case is handled on a contingency basis: there is no attorney fee unless there is a recovery, and that fee will be a set percentage of the recovery. Our attorneys advocate zealously on your behalf to ensure that your legal needs are met.
